01 The story, in three paragraphs

Why everyone keeps coming back.

Nestled in the heart of Billings at 802 Shiloh Crossing Blvd, City Brew Coffee is more than just a coffee shop – it’s a vibrant local haven for coffee aficionados and casual visitors alike. This cozy café delivers an expertly curated menu that artfully balances innovative coffee creations with comforting non-coffee delights and freshly baked treats, making it a versatile spot to recharge or catch up with friends.

City Brew Coffee truly shines with its lineup of distinctive featured beverages. For a refreshing and invigorating pick-me-up, the Ginger Peach Cold Brew Iced Tea and its sparkling counterpart, the Ginger Peach City Charger, impress with a lively fusion of zesty ginger and real peach purée that delivers a bright, juicy lift to your day. These drinks showcase City Brew’s commitment to bold, fresh flavors that awaken the palate without overwhelming it.

For those craving warmth and comfort, their Hot Chocolate crafted with rich Ghirardelli Cocoa powder and steamed milk offers a velvety indulgence that delights kids and adults alike. Meanwhile, the Steamers provide a smooth, creamy experience sweetened to your liking, ideal for a gentle caffeine-free treat. Their fruit-based Refreshers and sparkling lemonades provide a zesty, uplifting contrast for lighter, vibrant flavor seekers.

No café experience here would be complete without sampling their baked goods, thoughtfully sourced locally from Grains of Montana. The Banana Bread stands out, praised repeatedly by customers for its moist texture and natural sweetness—a true testament to quality and freshness. Other favorites include the delicate Lemon Poppy Seed Bread adorned with a tangy lemon glaze, and indulgent pastries like the Cheese and Raspberry Danish, along with muffins bursting with whole blueberries that deliver a satisfying sweetness crowned by a subtle sugar crunch.

The atmosphere at City Brew Coffee is welcoming and efficient, with staff committed to a smooth service experience, even on busy days. As Ronald Florenski shared, the team’s attentiveness and professionalism stood out, handling a bustling environment with impressive speed and care. While some customers note occasional inconsistencies in drink preparation or a desire for warmer social engagement, the overall vibe remains inviting—a great spot to grab your perfect cup and maybe a quick bite.

What truly resonates is the blend of convenience and quality—City Brew’s streamlined mobile ordering system, lauded by regulars like Pam Mattheis, makes it effortless to enjoy their consistently satisfying coffee and scrumptious baked goods on the go. Whether you’re looking for a familiar favorite on a busy morning or a new taste experience with their sparkling, energizing drinks, City Brew Coffee excels at striking that balance.

In essence, City Brew Coffee is a testament to the thriving local coffee culture in Billings: an establishment where expert flavors, community spirit, and approachable luxury meet. It’s a place where each sip and bite feel carefully crafted, inviting you to savor the moment amid the everyday bustle.

For anyone seeking a genuine coffee experience that marries vibrant flavors with honest, locally-sourced baked goods in a friendly neighborhood setting, City Brew Coffee is a must-visit destination.

My coffee was good. The service wasn't that great. Barista didn't make much eye contact and wasn't very friendly.

I order the same coffee 3 days a week... XL or large iced caramel Macchiato with LIGHT ice... most of the time they get it 100% correct... then there are days, like this morning, where they don't put LIGHT amount of ice in... it is irritating cuz I work in a place where it takes me about 2 hours to drink my coffee, and by then it's watered down and I end up throwing it away... I'm a regular customer so I would like my iced coffee the way I ordered it, or I'll just ask for it to be remade everytime
